I aim to make payment as simple and secure as possible.
At LucasKIglesias.com, payments are handled through Stripe, and you can pay using major cards such as VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, or PayPal. Once you place your order, you’ll receive a personal email confirmation. No payment will be deducted from your account until your order is ready to be shipped.Your card details are safely encrypted, and I take data protection seriously to ensure your information remains secure.

Production & Handling Time

​

All prints are made, cut, signed, and packed by me personally in my studio. Each piece is printed to order — I do not produce full batches in advance. This allows me to maintain a high level of craftsmanship, quality, and attention to detail in every single print. Because each print is created individually, please allow a production and handling time of 5–10 business days before your order is shipped. During busy periods or when new series are being released, this may occasionally take longer. If so, I’ll contact you directly by email. Thank you for your patience and for supporting small-scale, independent art production.

Delivery and Shipping

Orders are shipped once a week from Copenhagen. I collaborate with trusted carriers such as DHL and GLS to ensure that your artwork arrives safely. Delivery times vary depending on your location and are displayed during checkout. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. Each print is carefully packed by hand using archival and protective materials to ensure safe delivery. Returns

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
When returning an artwork, please make sure it is securely packed in the original packaging and in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Right to Cancel

You have 14 days to cancel your order. Please notify me by email if you wish to do so. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and the artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Unique Artworks All artworks and prints are original creations by Lucas K. Iglesias. Each piece may vary slightly due to the nature of hand printing, cutting, and handling — this is part of what makes every print unique.
